Gas Cooker

Double burner gas cooker, cannot turn on both burners simultaneously.
Cause: Pressure regulator is broken down.

Solution: Replace regulator with a new one.
Flame is floating (not contact the burner) or not complete.
Cause: Air inlet is not balanced.

Solution: Adjust the air inlet underneath. Left bar is the inner flame, right bar for the outer one.
Gas cooker becomes difficult to ignite / start the flame.

Cause1: Check the gas valve. If the ignition pin is working normally, then the ignition tube may be cogged up by spider web or dust.

Solution1: Use cotton bud to clean the ignition tube.

Cause2: In case of no ignition at all, the electric cable may be disconnected or melt down.

Solution2: If the cable is disconnected, contact electrician or the company for repairmen. If the cable is melt down, please contact the company for a replacement.

What does safety model gas cooker do?
Answer: Safety gas cooker can automatically turn off the gas valve in case of flame extinguished to prevent hazard that may happen by spreading gas.
Cannot turn intelligent gas cooker, model no. SS-888 on.
Cause: Out of battery.

Solution: Replace the battery underneath.
What is the intelligent gas cooker, model no. SS-888?
Answer: Intelligent gas cooker is able to set cooking temperature and time on the left burner. It will automatically adjust the flame to keep the set temperature and turn off itself after the set tim.
I don’t know how to choose which type/model of gas cooker.

What is infrared burner? How is it different from cast iron burner?
Infrared burner: Save gas by using thermal radiation. Create no flame and smoke. Provide better energy consumption efficiency and give stable heat output.

Cast iron burner: Give better flame shape and heat transfer rate. Also have longer lifetime.
Gas cooker’s flame expands to underneath / to the knobs / cooker top burnt.
Cause: Using wrong type of pressure regulator or the broken one. Gas pressure exceeds the gas valve limit and result in uncontrollable gas amount.

Solution: Replace with a new LOW pressure regulator.
Gas valve’s electric cable is burnt or melt down.
Cause: There is dust or spider web clog up the valve outlet which causes the flame turns to underneath the cooker.

Solution: Submit a repair request to replace the valve.

Infrared burner burns with high red flame.
Cause: There is dust or spider web clog up the valve outlet which causes lower amount of gas at the burner.

Solution: Detach the burner from the gas cooker and then use cotton bud to clean the valve outlet (Brass tube). Any inquiries, please contact the company.
Burner isn’t shut off completely after turn off the knob.
Cause: Gas valve is broken down causing gas leakage.

Solution: Submit a repair request to replace the valve.
New gas cooker makes “whoosh” sound continuously when being used.
Cause: Top burner isn’t assembled firmly with the lower part.

Solution: Adjust the top burner until fits the slot.

Solution: Get a new spare part to replace it.
New gas cooker’s flame turns red/orange. Adjusting air intake doesn’t fix it.
Cause: Burner’s parts aren’t assembled firmly. So the gas amount at burner is lower than usual which results in incomplete combustion.

Solution: Reassemble the burner firmly. Any inquiries, please contact the company.

After the installation of a new gas cooker, there is leaked gas odor when the knob is at “OFF”.

Root cause: Using wrong type of pressure regulator. Most of our gas cookers are designed to pair up with LOW pressure regulator. If the connected regulator is HIGH type, gas pressure will exceed the gas valve limit and result in the leakage.

Solution: Turn off the gas source and replace the regulator with LOW pressure type.
