There is a water leakage.
Cause: Rubber seal or boiler deteriorated.

Solution: Disassemble the heater to check leakage point. If rubber seal is leaking, change it. If boiler is leaking, please contact the company.
How to select the right electric water heater.
Answer: In the cold area, high power electric water heater, 4500W or more is recommended. Otherwise, 3500W model is more than enough.
